Clubhouse Public Rental Policies
Long Term Leases
Leases will be negotiated by the Women’s Club Rental Committee with groups of persons who wish to use the Woman’s Clubhouse on a repeating or monthly basis. Current leases will be revised and negotiated each year in November and run from January 1st to December 31st. The Rental Committee will use the following criteria: size of the group, number of hours used, whether the kitchen is used, number of rooms required for the event, months used, and use of the custodial service. Leases negotiated with new groups will be based on the same criteria. Leases will include the Tenant Agreement.
Any leases negotiated with new groups after June 1, 2019 should fall within 60-65% of full rate, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Leases include the Tenant Agreement.

They should also make sure items that are brought and stored in the refrigerator have been removed, and the refrigerator is clean.

Tour

I am looking for venue space for a Genealogy conference to be held in April or May of 2023. Possibly 2-day (Friday & Saturday), or maybe Saturday (all day)only. Dates are flexible at this time.
Could you please send me more information about the space that you have available, seating capacities and pricing? Do you have screens and projector, sound system available for presentations? Are table linens included, or would we need to rent them? Any additional details would also be helpful.
I am with the State of Kansas, KDHE and the Working Healthy program. We are having a staff meeting of approximately 70 people in June and need a large meeting space. I was wondering if the club was available for June 2 -4.
Need space for graduation gathering. I suspect one room would work for the 4 hours of $125. But would like to come look at space to decide for sure.
Looking for space october 25,2025 for probably max 30 people.
