Membership Rental

Clubhouse Rental Fees Members Only

Members of the club may rent the building/room at reduced rates:

Events planned to last four (4) or fewer hours for:

  • 0-50 persons, $30
  • 51 or more persons, $75

Events planned to last more than four (4) hours for

  • 0-50 persons, $60
  • 51 or more persons, $150

Custodial servies for set-up and clean-up, $75

Member Rental Rules

  1. Members may rent the Club for group of which they are an active member.
  2. The time of the event is “reserved” only when the total fee is paid and the contract is signed, at least one (1) week prior to the event.
  3. A member’s contract includes the Tenant Agreement.
  4. Members may check-out a key from the Clubhouse Secretary during the week before the event. Members must ensure the building is locked when unattended.
  5. A security deposit will not be required; a member’s signature on the rental agreement constitutes a promise to pay for any damages that may occur during the rental period.
  6. All the rental fee received will be refunded if cancellation is made at least one (1) work day prior to the event.
  7. A custodial fee of $75, paid to the Clubhouse Janitor, is optional for members. If the renter needs to cancel the event on a day that is not a workday for the Clubhouse Secretary, the member should call the Rental Committee Chair/President-Elect. The custodial fee will be returned if the event is cancelled at least one (1) working day prior to the event. If the cancellation occurs later than one (1) working day and set-up and/or opening of the Clubhouse has occurred, twenty-five dollars ($25) will be retained for the custodian and the remaining fifty dollars ($50) will be refunded.
  8. If the member chooses not to hire the Clubehouse Custodian, the member renting the building is responsible for setting up tables and chairs; clean-up of tables, chairs, counters and floors; and taking down tables and chairs.

Custodial Services

  1. The custodian’s check is to be made to the Woman’s Club custodian and received at least one (1) week prior to the contracted event. The check will be returned if the event is cancelled at least one (1) working day prior to the event. If the event is cancelled within one (1) working day and set-up and/or opening of the Clubhouse has occurred, a portion of the custodial fee will be retained for the custodian and the remainder will be refunded.
  2. Custodial Service includes setting up tables, chairs, and other special requests requiring custodial time and cleaning up after the event. If extra cleaning time is required for damage to the property, such as spots on the carpet that require cleaning or damage to equipment, extra service or repair, the cost will be billed to the renter.
  3. For public members, the custodian will be responsible for the opening of the building at the time designatedd in the contract and will be on the premises before the renter leaves the building. The renter must not leave the unlocked building unattended at any time.
